Should you be in a rush, we also provide expedited shipping options for a supplementary charge. However, it's essential to be mindful that shipping times can fluctuate based on the destination and any unforeseen delays from the carrier's end. REFUND POLICY
At Embossed, we're dedicated to delivering top-notch custom coffee cups crafted with high-quality, food-grade paperboard. We take immense pride in the uniqueness and quality of our custom paper cups. If, however, you find any issues with your order, especially concerning the polyethylene coating or design details, kindly get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by a photo of the defect. Our team will promptly review and decide on the best course of action. Given the unique, tailored nature of our products, we can't facilitate returns for custom coffee cups unless they are found to be defective upon delivery.
